This is a forum managed directly by the developers of PowerApps where they monitor to see what is being most requested from users and provide feedback on if such a feature can be implemented or not, and if so, any updates regarding it. Glip and the Meetings app are still available but the softphone (RingCentral Phone) appears to be missing. Looking for just the softphone, not Glip.

Otherwise since this is not currently available for PowerApps I would recommend submitting an Idea Request in the PowerApps Ideas Forum regarding Ring Central and a connector for PowerApps/Automate. Do an app search for Ringcentral app or GLIP app. If RingCentral has an API that can be called to and you had access to it then maybe it would be possible to create a custom connector that can call RingCentral to perform actions, but that is something that you would need to confirm with the company owning RingCentral for and be developed on your end.

We can technically start a phone call to a specified number through a PowerApps, but not designate what phone number it uses to make the call. to just use the ring central app to make voip calls (which the normal iphone/android app. Currently there is direct support for RingCentral in PowerApps as we do not have a connector for it to call functions. Has anyone been able to get the ringcentral App working on UVP.
